Biography

Originally from Ponce, Puerto Rico, Michelle has been a resident of Miami since 1978.   After graduating from Bauder College in 1984, she helped to develop the Personal Banking Division for Consolidated Bank as a private banking officer.   In 1990, she started working for Mystic Pointe Realty, Inc. in Aventura where she helped to sell new and re-sale units.  In 1993, she joined Earnest & Stewart and helped Consuelo Stewart with the luxury home market.   In 1995, Michelle joined Levine Realty, Inc. where she has been satisfying her clients with exceptional results.  She has provided knowledge, expertise and guidance to her international and local clientele.   With over 20 years of experience, her past clients include HBO Latin America, and executives from IVC Television, Merrill Lynch, Johnson & Johnson, Oracle, Baptist Hospital and UPS.   By being completely dedicated to her clients’ needs and best interests, Michelle has earned her reputation as a top-notch Realtor®. She was one of the leading Realtors® for Verona at Deering Bay, a WCI community in Coral Gables.  In addition, since 2004 she has been the Sales and Rental  Director for the Lofts at Mayfair Condominium in Coconut Grove.  Although the economic climate of the past few years was challenging, this Christa Development project of 102 units has been quite successful both from the sales and rental aspects.   Michelle is bilingual in English and Spanish with proficiency in French and Portuguese.
